Josh Callow

Director, Business Development

Josh Callow is the Director of Business Development for Sphinx. His 20 plus years of experience spans Combat Arms, Intelligence and Special Operations technical and leadership positions. Josh began his military career as an Infantryman serving in multiple leadership roles and deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After 20 years Josh retired from the Army as a Counterintelligence Agent having served as both a traditional and cyber Counterintelligence Agent conducting and supporting Counterintelligence Investigations and Operations in Garrison environments as well as deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Additionally he has lead Counterintelligence Support activities within the USSOCOM community deploying multiple times in support of named operations and task forces.

Since retirement, Josh has supported private industry and cleared defense contractors, providing Program Management of technical projects and defining their Business Development strategies. Josh has been with Sphinx since October 2022 and been an instrumental leader of several large scale capture efforts undertaken by Sphinx.
