Sphinx is pleased to announce it was awarded a spot on the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

Sphinx was founded in 2018 by professionals from the Special Operations, Intelligence, and Cyber Warfare communities who observed repeated cyber/intelligence-related failures attributable to a lack of qualified practitioners, conceptual understanding, and misplaced corporate priorities. Sphinx addresses these failures and novel, complex challenges in intelligence and security operations by deploying expert staff and delivering capabilities that unite traditional and technical intelligence disciplines with multi-domain strategies to measurably increase performance across a broad array of mission sets.

Since its founding, Sphinx has rapidly expanded its presence and capabilities to become a trusted provider to Fortune 500 clients, large defense contractor primes, and Defense and Intelligence (D&I) clients, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
